Annual Maintenance Contract (A.M.C)
Under this scheme, the spare parts for routine maintenance
are supplied by us. Repairs, service and maintenance of
your equipments in good condition up to a period of 12 months
w.e.f the date of the AMC.
Annual service contract (A.S.C)
Under this scheme, all spares and changeable shall be supplied
by you and we shall at regular intervals visit, repair and
maintain your equipment w.e.f. date of ASC.
During our AMC or ASC assignment, our Service Engineer shall
broadly check the following important aspects:-
1. To carry out performance check of the complete machine
pressure, speed and drum vibration etc. for any abnormality.
2. To inspection of oil/ lubricant levels, condition of
filters, replacement of consumables and the maintenance
schedule
3. To inspect the condition of hoses and leakage's in the
hydraulic and cooling system.
4. To carry out the performance check of engine, hydraulic
pumps and other relevant systems
5. To render training to your authorized operators and site
staff on general maintenance of the equipments.
6. To perform all repair works that may arise during the
normal use of machine.
7. To attend to your service calls as and when required
by you, all in terms of our AMC or ASC.
Terms & Conditions
Annual Service Contract -ASC
1. The Service Contract is offered for a period of 12 months
and shall be valid for the specific number of machines covered
by the contract.
2. Suitable Lifting tackles and / or necessary manpower
to handle the components of the machinery shall be provided
by you at your own cost as per the requirement from time
to time.
3. Should there be a requirement of carrying out repairs
of any components, the workshop facilities like portable
grinders, drills, lathe machines, hydraulic power press,
gas/ electric welding equipment, etc., along with their
consumables, electric power, proper illumination at the
work site etc, shall be provided by you
.4. Usage of genuine spares shall be mandatory for this
contract. We shall make arrangements to provide you with
the required genuine spares on a priority basis.
5. The scope of the work involves deputation of our Service
Engineer to your work-site for inspection & servicing
of your equipment covered under the scheme.
6 . A maintenance schedule shall be made in consultation
with your Maintenance / User department and all the maintenance
or repairs carried out will be recorded and countersigned
by your authorized representative.
7 . We shall offer 6 (Six) mandatory visits of our Service
Engineer to your work-site and additional 4 (Four) visits
on Free-of-charge basis.
8. We cannot assume responsibility either for any mishap
to any plant, machines, etc. or for accidents during maintenance/
repairs to the purchasers or to the third parties occasioned
by any cause whatsoever. You may take the necessary insurance
in this regard. So far as our own Service Engineer is concerned,
we assume liability for accidents during maintenance/ repairs.
9. All genuine spares, hardware, consumables like Diesel,
Kerosene, etc., emery cloth / paper, cotton waste / rags,
wooden kits, sleepers etc.' Are to be provided by you at
your own cost.
10. Taxes: The labour rates given by us do not include any
taxes or duties. The purchaser may deduct TDS as per the
rules and provide us with TDS certificates immediately.
In case any State or Central Tax, such as, Sales Tax, Turnover
Tax, Work Order Tax, Purchase Tax, or any other tax by any
other name are levied by the Government Authorities, the
same will have to be paid exclusively by the Purchaser.
12. Force Majeure Clause: The company shall not be liable
or held responsible for any breach or non-performance either
in whole or in part or delay in performance in respects
of this supply as a result of strike, lock-out, industrial
disturbance. Fire break-down or accident to the plant or
machine, non availability of imported / indigenous components
and raw materials, delay in the disturbances, any act of
God, riot/war, insurrection or restrained imposed by the
Government, act conditions arising out of similar causes
beyond our company’s control and not preventable by
reasonable diligence on our part.
13. Arbitration: In the unlikely event of any dispute, the
same shall be subjected to arbitration in Mumbai Jurisdiction
only. All procedures shall be in accordance with the Indian
Act 1996 or its revised version.
14. Validity: This offer is valid for a period of 30 days
from the date of our quotation.
The terms and conditions can be changed
by us without prior intimation.
