Rates and Price: |

The hire rate agreed is payable
monthly for continuous uninterrupted operation of the
plant on hire more particularly described below on the
basis of 10hrs per day (Strike out whichever is not
applicable) 6 days a week and 25 days in a calendar
month. |

Workforce: |
| |
The hire rates includes provision of
operator for continuous, round the clock, uninterrupted
operation of the hired plant including, maintenance
and technical support for the same.
We shall supply trained Operators of equipment having
proper expertise. |
| 3. |
Consumables: |
| |
(a)Fuel:
The quoted hire rates are without fuel. Fuel shall be
supplied by you at the location of the plant as required.
Any down time of the plant due to non-availability of
fuel shall be to your account. You shall ensure the
quality of the fuel. |

(b) Lubricants and Oils:
To be supplied by you at site without any cost to us.
Incase we supply the same, on your request, the same
would be on chargeable basis. |

Mobilization and Demobilization:

For hire duration up to 2 months:
100% to your a/c.
For hire duration of 2-6 months: 50% by us & 50%
to your a/c.
For hire duration of 6 months & above 100% to
be borne by us.
Mobilization of the equipments/machine shall be effected
by us only after realization of the mobilization advance.
Octroi, if any shall be borne by you. |

Unloading and Loading: |

Shall be your responsibility at your
cost. |
| 6. |
Payment: |
| |
(a) 1 month advance with the work order.
(b) Regular Bills.
Payment for hire charges, computed on the basis of the
log sheets, on pro rata basis, shall be made within
7 days of receipt of invoice duly supported with log
sheets countersigned by your Site Incharge/Manager of
the company. |

Accommodation: |
| |
You shall provide accommodation for
the operators assigned to the equipment at site at your
cost. |
| 8. |
Parking and Storage: |
| |
You shall provide suitable space for
parking & safekeeping of the equipment on hire,
at your cost. |
| 9. |
Safety: |
| |
You shall ensure, the safe keeping
of the hired equipment, accessories and spares. |
| 10. |
Maintenance: |
| |
The equipment shall be maintained by
us ensuring an uptime of higher than 85% during the
period of hire. We shall carry our routine, operational
maintenance at site. |
| 11. |
Duties and Taxes: |
| |
All taxes & duties applicable to
this contract shall be to your account. |
| 12. |
Insurance: |
| |
We confirm holding the plant and equipment
covered under comprehensive plant and machinery insurance
for the entire duration of the rental contract. |
| 13. |
Loss , Damage |
| |
We shall not be responsible for any
direct or indirect consequential loss or damages of
any nature while our equipment is under use and operation
at your work site. |
| 14. |
COMPENSATION |
| |
We further confirm that the operators
and other staff deployed by us are covered under Workmen
Compensation policy for the duration of the hire as
required by law. |
